Last week was a time that the Christian Church globally knows as the Passion Week, the commemoration of the last week of the Lord Jesus’ life from the triumphal entry to the crucifixion, to the resurrection. March 31 was Resurrection Sunday. Imagine my shock when a news item pops up on my phone showing President Biden’s declaration of this day as “Transgender Day of Visibility!”
On his Twitter account, President Biden said, “On this day, the United States recognizes the achievements and progress that trans people have made in the global struggle for equality, reaffirms its commitment to supporting the equality, inclusion, and full recognition of the human rights of transgender persons.” White House spokesman Andrew Bates issued a statement as the backlash started to rise among the Christian community: “As a Christian who celebrates Easter with family, President Biden stands for bringing people together and upholding the dignity and freedoms of every American. Sadly, it’s unsurprising that politicians are seeking to divide and weaken our country with cruel, hateful, and dishonest rhetoric. President Biden will never abuse his faith for political purposes or profit.” Well, you have to say something for damage control.
The Biden regime is full of nothing but liars and crooks. Can President Biden or anyone else in the regime explain the significance of Passion Week, Good Friday, and Resurrection Sunday? Joe Biden, the “good Roman Catholic” …can you explain why Jesus Christ died on that Cross of Calvary?
The statement by Andrew Bates only makes this matter worse. What exactly are you supporting regarding the trans population? The following facts must be stated, in no particular order. First, pharmaceutical companies are making a $1 million dollars per every person (adult/child) who ingests their medications. This huge price tag has attracted the attention of several medical and academic institutions and forums. Despite what has been established medical fact for hundreds of years, there are now individuals with academic and professional credentials who are willing to suspend their conscience, integrity, and intellect in order to peddle the idea that “gender is a construct assigned at birth” and that a “man can be a woman” or vice versa if they “feel like it.” What they do not tell you is that these medications are horrific in their effects on the human body and mind. Suicidality has increased Once someone starts down this road, it will seriously diminish and destroy their immune system among other physical and biological damages. The psychological/mental damage is catastrophic, despite the lies of media talking heads. Common sense says otherwise.
Secondly, the people who peddle this lunacy to a person are antichristian. Demonic. Satanic. Anti-God. I defy the Biden Regime, the Democrat party, or anyone else who would justify this insanity to say otherwise. In the course of the last year, we covered several stories both within the church world as well as in academia and public schools that proves this point beyond the shadow of a doubt. Transgender is a social contagion. I truly believe that much of the push to have access to children for their ideology has to do with subjective, subliminal messaging. And much of postmodern America is not prepared to face such an attack, not even among many so-called “Christian” people. Why? The simple answer is that many Christians are Biblically illiterate as well as spiritually inert. The focus of many is on the ‘feel good’ self-help homilies and activities rather than truth, devotion, and discipleship in Jesus Christ. And hence, many were caught unaware when their children’s teacher, school administrators, and then school board members were infidels actively looking to wrest and devour their children… like predators. This is not an oversimplification or spiritual allegory. This is actively happening in many states (mostly the “blue/liberal/democrat” controlled states, but not solely) across the United States such as California, Oregon, Vermont, New York, and Viriginia.
One of the most powerful testimonials toward this end comes from a woman named Erin Friday who rescued her daughter from the transgender life, something that she called a ‘cult.’ She was recently interviewed on a PragerU podcast with host Marissa Streit (“How Erin Friday Saved Her Daughter from the Transgender Cult: https://youtu.be/FAlJdNhiD7A?si=y1Ghx_NGvcpQKVsc) in which she detailed the story of her child and the seduction that came from inside her school which almost destroyed her life. Mrs. Friday is seemingly typical of the proverbial “California mom” – she was socially involved in liberal causes, supported groups like the ACLU, voted for Democrat politicians. I do not know if she and her family are professing Christians, or something else, but her story is still very valid in how she details the spiritual nature of this cult of transgender ideology and its adherents. So vile and so terrible it is that children are actively being placed into the hands of pedophiles as well as medical institutions and providers who are exploiting them. Mrs. Friday found out the hard way that when she cried out for help, the institutions and people who should have responded did not… because it was no longer politically correct to do so.
She had to step in as a parent, pull her child out of the public school system where teachers, counselors, and principals were either reluctantly negligent of protecting the children from these ideas, or willing participants towards that destruction. It took over 4 years for Mrs. Friday to completely sever the tie of the transgender movement from her child. It meant severing connections with her phone, email, and social media accounts. There were fights with school administrators, including some “Christian schools” whose personnel had bought the lies of the LGBTQ as well as the politically fluctuating position of the American Psychological Association. Her story ends with hope but is also a frightening warning to the world of which governments, including the United States now, are actively pushing upon unsuspecting people. Above every other reason that this act is an abomination to God, a slap on the face of Jesus Christ, is how grossly it insults the sacrifice on the Cross of Calvary. “He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).
“When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. When He disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him” (Colossians 2: 13-15).
Resurrection Sunday – why is the resurrection of Jesus Christ such a big deal? The Apostle Paul while expounding on the idea of salvation by grace through faith (using the life of Abraham in the Old Testament) explained why the Lord’s resurrection is so important in Romans 4:23-25: “Now not for his sake only was it written that it was credited to him, but for our sake also, to whom it will be credited, as those who believe in Him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead, he who was delivered over because of our transgressions, and was raised because of our justification.”
I know that Biden has probably never read this passage before (if he has ever opened the Bible), but if he is claiming to be a Catholic, then he should be aware of its significance; after all, the idea is part of many of the Roman Catholics homilies and chants during their Mass. But I could be wrong. “He was raised for our justification.” Biden’s declaration was an attack on the complete idea of salvation, an attack verging on spite, and a challenge questioning the potency of the Gospel. Biden proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that neither he nor the members of his regime believe in the Gospel message of Jesus Christ, have any respect for it, have nothing but contempt for it, and now they are challenging it directly. And that is why this declaration is a slap in the face of God, one that God will not take lightly.
My hope and prayer is that Christians will wake up and see what a gross insult this is to the Lord Jesus and His message. There is no retreat from this point. A line is drawn in the sand, and everyone will have to make a choice where they stand in regards to it.
